The 5 Easy Steps To A Home Brewed Beer

posted on in Uncategorized

Brewing beer is essentially the process of fermenting grain or fruit over a period of time, the sugars in the grain or fruit will then turn in to alcohol. You can make beer with either the grains or an extract from grain. The way commercial producers make beer is not so different from the way that home brewers do.

The steps to a home brewed beer

Step 1

First we need to make a mash that is why this stage is often called the mashing stage. We need to crush en steep all the grains in water and thus forming an extract. This mash is then kept at a constant temperature and by doing this some enzymes and starches are distracted from the grains. The distracted starches will become sugars that later on will become alcohol.

Understanding Culture - Drinking Beer Or Wine

posted on in Uncategorized

People often communicate about culture and problems in the culture of a company as a stand-alone item. Like it would be possible to change the culture leaving everything else untouched. That idea is wrong. Culture is part of what people do and to change a culture the first step would be to understand what it is people do. Than the next step would be to check how they do it. Or, what the culture is and whether it fits with what people do. This relation is often the main problem, rather than something vague in the culture.

To show this, this article focuses on the cultural differences between drinking beer and wine…

One Beer Keg Just Isn’t Enough

posted on in Uncategorized

As a beer brewer you will soon learn that having just one beer keg just is not enough. Don’t think that when that first starter keg is filled you will sit and wait until that one is empty again. You probably want to get started in your next batch so you will need one keg, probably more.

On a side note, even if you are not a home beer brewer (yet) you could still use your own keg. Getting a beer drafted from your own crispy cold beer keg, condense sticking to the outside of your glass. That’s refreshing even if you only think about it. It sounds a lot better than drinking from a can or bottle.
